Spinify services claimed a two year old startup located at Halasuru, Appaiah Garden, Jogupalya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008 as per offer letter. appointment letter and it’s website www.spinify.me. There are three round of zoom interview take place to get this job. Third round is quite interesting because this was taken by the so called partner of the company whose name mention in the offer letter as well (MR GAGAN KOTHARI). I join this company on 10th july 2025. And send resignation on 6th august 2025 becasue 5th is the salary day and i asked about salary to my immediate manager( Mr Saurav) since 5th morning till 6pm. Mr Saurav told me don’t worry in our company salary sometime comes in morning, afternoon or either after office time. My last conversation happen with Mr Saurav on 5th evening around 6pm. After that he is not response my calls and whats app messages. I thought he block me. I told to others try his number but result is same number not connected. Afterthat I immediately whats app all team members who work under me kindly stop working this company seems like fraud. They are not paying salary to employees including me. And providing unfair servicing too.

Spinify services a bengaluru based fake startup offers car and bike services packages like basic, standard and premium plans for car and bike and combo plans as well (. They not having company own car and bike center or garage. This is not a company, because they are not register in ROC, not having GST number, they might be not having company pan card as well. I have a doubt about the office too. Because they not have any building number in office address (Halasuru, Appaiah Garden, Jogupalya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560008).
How spinify services doing fraud,cheating and become big threat for the consumer
First spinify services not having any ROC registaration, not having any GST registration, they hire workforce for work from home and not paying there salary after work, If the company not register in ROC then how come any partner or director/ceo exist. So fake company have there fake partner Mr Gagan Kothari and Fake director/ceo Mr Chandan Chakraborty. Even a lady handling Hr and operation with two different name in Hr name is Tanya and operation name is Ruhee. Mr Saurav also might have a fake name. None of them shows there faces in zoom meeting. They are hiring in pan india and hired people sharing all there documents to them are those documents are safe with them. So here is Mr Sourav is the mastermind of this fake company. And Hr Tanya/ Operation Ruhee very close associate with him. Seems this business stand on this principal hire peoples, push them to deliver two or more sales from there networks and earn lakh and carores from it. Without providing salary and incentive to them. One more major issue arise while one of my client car servicing taking place. He choose the standard plan with customize package like car service with engine oil, filter double the time duration with there own choice of service center. They are doing servicing with engine oil topup after 10000km and without car check ups. My client object, he report me all. I raise my voice with operation team including Mr Saurav. Then they agree with change engine oil, filters and do car check ups. If they do the car servicing as they want then the car engine might seize. And it may be a life threatning for the consumer.
Training period and probation period
After three round of interview joining was done and online zoom training begin with Mr Saurav. Then our probation period of seven days start from 10th onwards. They used to offer same junk data to each individual who join them. I don’t think so anybody made a single sale from provided junk data. After two days of working with Mr Saurav and Hr teams they keep on saying do sell with your personal connection. In probation period i provide two sales to them one is from my social circle and other one is my own bike. As Hr and Mr Saurav told me to complete probation period. He told me you will get fresh lead after that. From next day onwards Mr Saurav told me you are in BDM post so need to call further. I will provide you sales team you need to manage them. He got relief to provide fresh lead. The issue arise in front of my team in probation period of seven days they need to complete two sales. Most of them are fail to complete there probation period. Some are do there networking or circle. But still awaiting for the fresh leads and there salary due.
